Description
Are you looking for a general-purpose 2P server node for your HPE Apollo 2000 Gen10 system to deploy for traditional enterprise workloads such as large cloud and web services?
The HPE ProLiant XL170r Gen10 server deployed in the HPE Apollo 2000 Gen10 system delivers a flexible scale-out architecture with higher density than traditional rack mount systems1 and firmware-level server security for your high-performance computing (HPC) workloads. Each server node can be serviced individually without affecting the operation of other nodes sharing the same chassis to provide increased server uptime.
Each server harnesses the performance of up to 2933 MT/s HPE DDR4 SmartMemory (16 DIMM slots per node) and dual 2nd generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors in a very efficient solution that shares both power and cooling infrastructure. Flexible storage options can support four small form factor (SFF), or three large form factor (LFF) disk drives or four NVMe solid state drives (SSDs).
Data Center Optimization with High Manageability
HPE ProLiant XL170r Gen10 server delivers twice the density of 1U servers, offering the equivalent of four 1U servers in a 2U chassis1.
Comprehensive manageability via tools such as HPE iLO 5 management, HPE Apollo Platform Manager, and HPE Insight Cluster Management Utility (CMU).
With three chassis options, the Apollo 2000 provides the flexibility to choose the right storage to meet the demands of HPC workloads.
