    Payment and Invoicing

    • We offer various payment methods online. The methods offered may differ per country. During the ordering process you will see the methods available for you.

      We offer the following payment methods, among others:

      • iDeal
      • Bancontact / MrCash
      • Prepayment by bank to Multisafepay (our payment service provider)
    • No. We do not have a physical store and do not accept cash payments at the door or upon delivery. 

    • We make placing orders as easy as possible for regular business customers. That is why we offer regular customers who frequently place orders the option of paying afterwards.

      We would like this to be arranged carefully. 

      That is why we only offer this option to companies that meet the following criteria:

      • Your company has been registered with the Chamber of Commerce for at least 2 years
      • The annual order value of your company is higher than 5,000 euros excluding VAT
      • Your company is positively assessed in the financial background check that we carry out.
    • After sending the goods, we always send the invoice by email to the (invoice)mail address you have specified. 

      Can you not find the email or would you like a copy?

      Then view your invoices under 'Order history' in your SpareIT account. Click on your name and then on order history to view, print or copy your invoice. Have you just placed the order? Please wait until the order is shipped. After this, the invoice is available. 

    • Invoices are based on the data that you enter on our webshop during the ordering process.
      We can no longer make a change for you afterwards.
