    Return and warranty (RMA)

    Return and warranty handling

    SpareIT considers quality to be of paramount importance. Every day, we do our utmost to ensure that your orders are delivered correctly and on time. After sending your orders, questions may arise about the shipment, the corresponding invoice or the products themselves. Queries about the invoice and shipment are best sent by email to info@spareit.nl.

    It is possible that you have received products that you want to return. We will inform you about the return process below:


    • Should products need to be returned because they are damaged, incomplete, defective or incorrectly delivered, please use the (RMA) form that you will find below. An RMA request must be submitted within 5 working days after receipt of the goods. (An RMA requested after the expiry of this period will be refused)

      • You submit your RMA request through our website.
      • You will receive a message within 2 working days that your RMA has been received and you will receive a unique RMA number.
      • Properly pack the item in an outer packaging (packaging covering the original factory packaging), clearly stating the RMA number on it. If your order has been delivered on a (mini) pallet, you must use this for the return shipment.
      • Follow our instructions that you receive from us by email
    • To submit a request for warranty processing, please use the (RMA) form that you will find below. An RMA application must be submitted within the stated guarantee period. (An RMA requested after the expiry of this period will be refused)

      • You submit your RMA request through our website.
      • You will receive a message within 2 working days that your RMA has been received and you will receive a unique RMA number.
      • Properly pack the item in an outer packaging (packaging covering the original factory packaging), clearly stating the RMA number on it. If your order has been delivered on a (mini) pallet, you must use this for the return shipment.
      • Follow our instructions that you receive from us by email
    • In this respect, the legislation makes a distinction between companies and consumers.

      Are you a consumer / private individual?
      As a consumer, the Distance Selling Act (right of withdrawal) applies. You can claim this right of withdrawal (right of return). With the help of the (RMA) form below, you can send your application.

      Are you a company?
      The Distance Selling Act (right of withdrawal) does not apply to companies. 

      Depending on the case, we can refuse your request for return or charge a restocking fee
      When submitting a return request, please use the (RMA) form that you will find below. An RMA request must be submitted within 5 working days after receipt of the goods. (An RMA requested after the expiry of this period will be refused)

      • You submit your RMA request through our website. 
      • You will receive a message within 2 working days that your RMA has been received.
      • We will inform you whether we accept your return request and of the conditions attached to it. In many cases, we apply a 30% restocking fee.
      • If you agree with our terms and conditions, you will receive a unique RMA number. 
      • Properly pack the item in an outer packaging (packaging covering the original factory packaging), clearly stating the RMA number on it. If your order has been delivered on a (mini) pallet, you must use this for the return shipment.
      • Follow our instructions that you receive from us by email
    • We believe that good service to you as a customer is very important. However, it may happen that you are not completely satisfied. Let us know and we will do our utmost to find a suitable solution for you. Inform us of your complaint online via aftersales@spareit.nl. You will always receive a confirmation and a response within 14 days. If you do not agree with the outcome, you have 6 weeks to let us know by registered letter what your objection is. This letter will be confirmed and you can expect our response within 6 weeks. If you have fully completed this complaint procedure and still do not agree with the outcome, you can contact ICT Waarborg.
