Warranty

SpareIT considers quality to be of paramount importance. Every day, we do our utmost to ensure that your orders are delivered correctly and on time. If your product turns out to be defective, we will find a solution. We always follow the laws and regulations in this respect. New products are subject to different warranty conditions than refurbished products. Consumers are subject to different warranty conditions than companies. In the following overview, you can find the guarantee we provide on your product.

New

Our range of new products consists of products with the New Retail, New Spare, New Open Box and Renew classifications. You have a manufacturer's warranty on all products with these classifications.

Legally, consumers can be entitled to a more extensive warranty than the factory warranty. In that case, consumers are entitled to the legal guarantee.

If we offer you a New Spare, New Open Box or Renew product, this will always be made clear to you. 

Refurbished Refurbished

Our range of refurbished products consists of products with the classification Refurbished. You have a 90-day guarantee on all products with this classification. This is also the case for consumers.

Refurbished items are products that have been inspected, tested, cleaned and carefully packaged by Spare IT.

• These are mostly used systems, or parts that have been dismantled from servers/PCs and sold separately as spare parts.
• Demonstration products

If we offer you a Refurbished product, this will always be made clear to you.
